eink.to

eink.to is an improvised project looking at the use of e ink (electronic ink) as an expressive medium. Beyond the visual characteristics of these displays today, this project is also interested in exploring the practice of adapting these devices in situ.

This project is not limited to specific hardware, software, or vendor. References include improvised reading/writing devices, open source firmware, poetic practices, and file sharing.
